鸡腿8个(8 chicken legs)
蔓越莓 40克(40 g dried cranberries)
蒜头 15克(Garlic 15 g)
酱油1汤匙(1 tbsp soy sauce)
糖 1/2汤匙(1/2 tbsp sugar)
盐 1/4茶匙(1/4 tsp salt)
水1杯(1 cup water)
今天我给大家做一道很简单又很好吃的家常菜 用蔓越莓来烧鸡腿,味道好,有一点点的酸甜口感,爽口不腻 鸡腿肉又很嫩。
1、先准备8个鸡腿,用厨房纸擦干水分。
2、把锅烧热,如果你和我一样用的是不锈钢锅的话,一定要把锅烧热。放入一些油,把鸡腿放入 用大火煎。
3、开始不要急着翻面,等到鸡腿的一面在锅里煎到金黄酥脆时 就很容易翻面再煎。
4、当鸡腿表面基本上都出现金黄色时,加入屏幕显示的调味料和水。加盖用中偏高火煮。
5、煮到锅里的水剩下很少时,鸡腿就会熟透了,大约10到15分钟,这时用大火收汁即可,最后的收汁很重要,所有的味道都会在这时呈现。

Today we will be making a quick and delicious everyday dish with chicken drumsticks and cranberries. It's a perfect balance of sweet and tanginess without being too oily. and the chicken meat is juicy and tender
First prepare 8 drumsticks and dry with kitchen towels
Heat a pan until hot. if you are using a stainless steel pan like I am, make sure you Heat it until it is scorching hot. add in some oil and place the chicken drumsticks in and panfry on high heat
be patient and wait until the drumsticks are crispy on one side before flipping it over
Once the chicken drumsticks are almost crispy all over, add in the seasonings and water cover with a lid and let it simmer on medium high heat
By the time most of the sauce has evaporated, the chicken is fully cooked. this should take about 10-15 minutes. turn heat up to high to thicken the sauce. this is a crucial step that allow every flavour to come together and give this dish its signature taste
