油菜皇子菇

皇子菇220--250克(King oyster mushroom 220--250 g)
小白菜350克(Baby bok choy 350g)
素蚝油 1汤匙(Vegetarian oyster sauce 1tbsp)
盐1汤匙(salt 1tbsp)
菜油2汤匙(Vegetable oil 2tbsp)
水1000毫升(water 1000ml)

 

 

 

 

1、把小白菜 洗干净,但要保持原状不要把叶子撕开。然后对半切开。

2、把皇子菇切片。

3、1000毫升的水,加入3/4汤匙盐和1汤匙油 烧开后,放入小白菜。煮大约30秒,到菜开始变软。捞出沥干。

4、按照视频展示的方法摆盘,也可以你自己的设计花样摆盘。放置一旁。

5、炒锅烧热,倒入1汤匙油,放入皇子菇,高火翻炒,加1/4茶匙盐,皇子菇会很快变软。

6、用1汤匙素蚝油调味,炒匀。 

7、装到码好白菜的盘子里。非常的漂亮也很好吃。

 

 

Wash clean some baby bok choi, careful not to tear apart the leaf and slice them in halves

 

Cut some king osier mushrooms into slices

 

Boil 1000ml of water and add in 3/4 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of oil, after it has come to a boil add in the baby boo boy and let it cook for about 30 seconds, the bok choy should be soft by then,strain and set aside 

plate as shown on the screen or feel free to decorate however you'd like

 

Heat a pot until hot and add in 1 tablespoon of oil and stir fry the king osier mushrooms on high heat, season with 1/4 teaspoon of salt, the king oyster mushroom will soften very quickly

 

Add in 1 tablespoon of vegetarian oyster sauce and stir

 

Plate into the center of the botchy.

 

This is a beautiful dish that is healthy and delicious
