今天给大家分享一道特别简单的香煎秋刀鱼,这个鱼在华人超市可以买到冰冻包装的,一般质量都不错。

 

1、首先我们来处理鱼,这个鱼清理起来比较简单,按照屏幕显示的方法,把鱼头和鱼内脏一起去掉。

2、把鱼清洗干净,用厨房纸擦干水份。

3、煎锅烧热,放适量的油,把鱼放入用大火煎。

4、边煎边散上盐和黑胡椒粉,

5、煎至2面金黄酥脆时,把半个青柠檬汁挤入,青柠檬不但会去除鱼腥味还会让鱼肉的味道更好。收汁后即可出锅。

这道菜虽然做法很简单但却很香。

Heat a pan and add in some oil, panfry the fish on high heat

Season with salt and black pepper
