芒果沙拉

苹果芒 1个约400克( 1 Haden mango)
红灯笼椒100克(Red bell pepper 100 g)
香菜20克(Coriander 20 g)
朝天椒2个(2 hot peppers)
白醋 2汤匙(2 tbsp white vinegar)
青柠檬汁 2汤匙(2 tbsp lime juice)
糖2.5汤匙(2.5 tbsp sugar)
鱼露2汤匙(2 tbsp fish sauce

 


1、选一个苹果芒,这种芒果口感很脆。削皮,切条。
2、红色灯笼椒 洗净 切细条。
3、香菜洗净切段。把他们都放在一起。
4.做酱汁:
取两个朝天椒(很辣的那种)切碎,再放入屏幕显示的调味料(朝天椒2个\白醋 2汤匙\青柠檬汁 2汤匙\糖2.5汤匙\鱼露2汤匙),搅匀放置10分钟,让味道完全融合。
5. 把酱汁拌入芒果条中。。。我会用滤网把辣椒过滤出来,以免太辣。
6、这个沙拉酱汁最好在吃之前再拌入。不要浸泡太久。

 

 

Today we will be making a beautiful and appetizing mango salad, perfect for parties! 

 

Choose a nice fresh haden mango, this type mangos are crunchy in texture. peel, slice into strips and set aside

wash clean a red pepper and slice into strips

 

Clean and dice some corianders

 

Place all the ingredients together and make the sauce

Mince 2 hot pepper and add in the seasonings shown on the screen(2 hot peppers\2 tbsp white vinegar

\2 tbsp lime juice\2.5 tbsp sugar\2 tbsp fish sauce) and let it sit for 10minutes for the flavor to fully seep through.

 

Mix in with the fresh ingredients, I prefer straining out sauce to prevent it from getting too spicy.

I recommend making this dish right before eating for the freshest taste.
